Management Consultant. University Lecturer. Parent.​
​As a Management Consultant for almost 20 years, Luckshie has worked in Melbourne, London and Singapore, solving complex problems and delivering solutions to leading organisations such as Coca Cola, Toyota, Nestle, Goldman Sachs, adidas, and Tennis Australia. Whilst in London, she led and developed a consulting division. She held a similar leadership role within a not-for-profit consultancy in Singapore, during which she guided University students to provide consulting services to Dyslexic Association of Singapore. With a passion for teaching, Luckshie has developed numerous consulting teams and clients, and is experienced in facilitating strategic workshops with senior executives and boards to enable positive change.​​​​​​​​
When she moved back to Melbourne with young children, Luckshie transitioned to academic teaching. As a Lecturer with The University of Melbourne, she created and delivered the post-graduate subject Consulting Fundamentals for 7 years under Melbourne Business School. During this time, she taught practical problem solving and communication skills to over 2000 Masters students through interactive workshop-style classes, both online and face-to-face. Her approach to teaching is to instil deeper learning and to deliver meaningful learning outcomes that makes a real difference to her students.
Luckshie is also a mother of two gifted children and is uniquely positioned to help other similar children extend and reach their potential, while managing some of the challenges that come with their higher intellectual abilities.
Luckshie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing Management), Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Teaching Certificate from The University of Melbourne. She has been admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and has a Victorian Working With Children Check.
