Often organisations rely on consultancies to fill any internal skill gap – engaging them to develop strategy to solve their complex problems and influence positive change. However, these important skills and capabilities leave once the consulting engagement is over. And the project has further enhanced the skills of consultancies (not the organisation) and therefore the reliance on consultancies for future projects continues.

  • Be unable to manage their own time and wellbeing, resulting in employee burnout

 

This all results in slower and less effective outcomes and the organisation misses out on addressing its challenges and leveraging opportunities. This ultimately impacts profit.

Our Story

Mind Frame Grow Organisations was created to help address internal skill and capability gaps within organisations.

Senior leaders and their teams often bring a wealth of subject matter expertise but may lack vital strategy skills and capabilities to best leverage their expertise, resulting in missed opportunities or relying on expensive consultancies to fill this gap.

 

Rather than taking advantage of such internal gaps like traditional strategy consultancies, Mind Frame Grow was created to provide something different. By engaging us, our primary focus is not only to help solve organisational problems but to develop vital problem solving, structured communications and change management skills in your employees and build strategy capabilities within your organisation. Having the right skills and tools will have a significant impact on employees and their ability to make more strategic decisions at work, whether that be developing and driving strategy for your organisation, or empowering them on a more personal level to better manage their own time, career and wellbeing and contribute more value to the organisation in the long run. 

 

And whilst we develop skills and capabilities in your teams, we can support you to diagnose and solve your complex problems, create compelling communications to socialise your solutions, and execute change by developing and facilitating effective supporting governance, systems, and processes.

Luckshie Haran

Management Consultant. University Lecturer. Enabler of Strategic Change.​​

As a Management Consultant for almost 20 years, Luckshie has worked in Melbourne, London and Singapore, solving complex problems and delivering solutions to leading global organisations. More recently, she held a senior strategy role in industry, supporting the ELT and board for Asahi Beverages. 

​​

Luckshie was also a Lecturer at The University of Melbourne for 7 years, during which she taught problem solving and communication skills to over 2000 master's students through interactive workshop-style classes.

Despite her varied background, it has been centred around two passions: 1) Solving problems 2) Developing skills and capabilities. These passions have driven her to enable growth, whether that be developing her clients, her teams, or her students.
